Workin' It with Skirt!

Thanks to all who attended last night’s booksigning with skirt!’s national managing editor Kelly Love Johnson at Kilwin’s Chocolates & Ice Cream! Here’s our guest of honor signing copies of her book, Skirt! Rules for the Workplace:

It may have been wet and windy outside, but inside it was cozy and sweet. Kilwin’s owner Diana Meeks provided a salivating spread for around 90 people, and even with Colleen’s monstrous appetite for chocolate, there was plenty for all!

The evening raised $350 for A Working Woman In Need, Inc., and the room was a-buzz with the topic of women learning how to earn their fair share in the workplace.

Of course, Kilwin’s giant bunny display created its own stir – Leigh Lawless of the Creative Coast just had to sneak a kiss!

Thanks again to Kilwin’s for hosting us and to Habersham Beverages for providing the Champagne. And of course, thanks to Kelly Love for joining the staff of skirt! Savannah/HHI for another delightful event!
