The AASU Masquers theater troupe presents Ntozake Shange’s 1975 award-winning lyrical and powerful call to self-realization and independence, For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow Is Enuf. It’s shear delight at Oatland Island’s Sheep to Shawl Festival, where animals get haircuts and humans learn hands-on about carding, spinning and weaving the shorn wool into usable forms.
